Saison AFL 2007 (Arena Football League)

C'est Jon et Richie qui ont écrit la nouvelle chanson qui illustrera la saison 2007 de l'Arena Football Ligue (AFL) aux Etats-Unis. Cette chanson qui figurera sur leur nouvel album s'intitule "We Got It Goin' On".

Big Kenny et John Rich ont également collaboré avec les guys sur ce titre.

La saison débute le 04 mars 2007 et le clip sera diffusé à chaque entrée de jeu pendant 17 semaines le tout retransmis sur ABC.

New Bon Jovi song to debut on Sunday

A new Bon Jovi song will be part of this weekend's Arena Football League (AFL) telecasts. The song is called "We Got It Goin' On," and it's been chosen as the theme song for the AFL's weekly programming, which debuts Sunday (March 4th). It will also be featured in the show-opening video, which takes fans inside an AFL arena.

The footage will air before games between the Dallas Desperados and the New York Dragons, and the Chicago Rush versus the Kansas City Brigade. The AFL telecast begins at 12:30 p.m. ET on ABC, and Jon Bon Jovi has recorded team-specific lyrics for every one of the AFL franchises to air throughout the season, including his own Philadelphia Soul.

Guitarist Richie Sambora is also an owner of the Philly franchise. He told us that everyone who gives the AFL a shot comes away liking what they saw: "If people give the AFL a chance, I think they'll really enjoy it, because that's what I did -- I walked into a game, and I went, 'Jeez, I love this! This is great!'"

"We Got It Goin' On" -- which was written by Bon Jovi, Sambora, and the country duo Big & Rich -- will be included on the upcoming Bon Jovi album this year.

Jon Bon Jovi turned 45 years old on Friday, March 2nd.
