SoHo will soon be welcoming Jon Bon Jovi into its well-coiffed arms as he just signed a contract to buy the penthouse at the New Museum building on Mercer Street for a mere $26 million, according to Page Six. What does $26 mil get you? A 10-room, 7,400-square-foot duplex loft with six bedrooms, six baths plus two powder rooms, enormous public rooms, 12-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, three terraces (including a master-bedroom terrace), two kitchens, a gym and two wood-burning fireplaces. Why, it’s everything a Jersey boy could ever want!

Lucky for Bon Jovi, his shoebox-sized four-bedroom condo on the 28th floor of the Park Millennium Tower on the Upper West Side has already been rented. The monthly rate? Just under $30,000. Apparently, he didn’t get his asking price of $6.95 million. For shame.

Three weeks ago, the Post's Braden Keil reported that Jon Bon Jovi—proud son of Jerz—was looking at a $26.5 million penthouse in Soho's New Museum building on Mercer Street. Rumors are fun, but surely JBJ wouldn't move the brood downtown, right? Well, now Keil has gone to press with the news that Bon Jovi has indeed purchased the home, and he got a deal: $26 million.

Brokered by Elliman superagent Leonard Steinberg, the six-bedroom duplex measures in at a whopping 7,400 square feet. Highlights include, according to the listing, "Terraces of unparalleled proportions," over-sized arched windows, a laundry room, two kitchens and an "enormous elevator." Bon Jovi's Park Millenium Tower on the Upper West Side failed to sell at $6.95 million, so he's renting it out. And don't fret, Jerseyans, he's keeping his Garden State home.
